Brought my soul crystal red Mazda MX5 in to the Vancouver location for full PPF and ceramic coating. First time I've ever had this type of thing done but had researched it and pretty much knew what I wanted and what to look out for in a vendor. Once I chose Monster's Vancouver location I had absolutely no regrets or hesitation. Sam was so easy to work with. Great communication, flexible, reasonable pricing and obviously wants repeat business and values a long-term relationship, so I know he'll take care of me as long as I have the car. His team did fantastic work. The car already looked amazing but now it looks even more so! And knowing it's protected from the inevitable flying rocks and other minor dings that will come at the car makes taking it out for a spin worry-free. Highly recommend Monster Auto Lab Vancouver!

Sam was excellent to work with. He followed up when he promised to and showed patience and expertise with my inquiries. I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes late, frazzled, and just shat on by a flock of seagulls on my way over. I also had a parking ticket plastered to my windshield that I had forgotten to remove because that was the kind of week I was having. Sam didn’t bat an eye. He was respectful and warm. They even gave my car a wash so that when I came to pick it up, it was bird bomb free. I didn’t even come in for body work, and another shop might have just done the interior job I booked and left the bird crap there, but Monster Auto Lab went out of their way. The work done is exquisite. I’m so happy.

Had a great experience at Monster Auto Lab. Sam did a flawless job tinting my Subaru WRX while keeping it looking stock as I had requested. 10/10 quality with XPEL XR Plus 70%, which looks practically invisible even when comparing directly to the windshield. The finish is perfect, pricing was very reasonable, and the timing was exactly as promised. The heat difference after installation is definitely noticeable!
Sam was also extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. If you’re looking for tint or PPF, he is definitely your guy. Highly recommend.
